Due to several years of experience working with Iranian and international companies, we have been able to bring together the best team-members together. ONI is the first Iranian marketing research company to design its own research software called Tikado. Using this software, all research and activities are provided online and completely safe.

Special facilities for implementing CATI projects
We have a thorough ability to conduct CATI researches with more than 30 telephone stations, which also provide the possibility of remote working. In addition, there are powerful capabilities in controlling the activities of researchers, including simultaneous listening and recording calls.

Facilities for remote monitoring of qualitative projects
For the qualitative projects, clients are always welcome to join us in the observation room. Also, there is the possibility for our esteemed clients to have online observation of the sessions.
